Il sound di “Enter” è costituito dalla miscela di jazz e rock con spunti free, riff all’unisono e ritmiche serrate (vedi 105 pt. 1). Caratteristica ed essenziale è la presenza del trombone di Federico Pierantoni, che non fa rimpiangere l’assenza del basso. I timbri sono vari e differenti (Rhodes, piano, chitarre e trombone con effetti) e a volte l’estetica dei brani richiama quella degli anni Settanta, come nel lungo assolo di Andrea Calì in 105 pt. 2. Composizione emblematica delle intenzioni eversive del gruppo è 1112: parti in contrappunto, assolo, riff, suoni elettronici di trombone definiscono lo stile, che si ispira alle istanze creative degli ultimi quattro decenni, coniugando la ricerca espressiva del free con quella timbrica del rock. Notevole la traccia 66: basata su un bel riff di piano dalle complesse linee melodiche, sfocia in una parte di chitarra distorta che precede l’improvvisazione collettiva guidata dal suono trattato del pianoforte. Una tavolozza sonora originale e di incomparabile varietà.
